Trees, trees, trees!

They're beautiful. Let's try to keep them alive. ;) In Yellowstone, they have had a lot of forest fires and there are a lot of dead trees that are very photogenic, but at the same time very sad.

Pretty In Pink

There is a tree in my backyard that is covered with these amazing flowers. I mean there are hundreds and hundreds of these tiny pink petals. I have only taken a few quick shots so far, though I do plan to do a full on photoshoot.

I strongly believe in the power of pink and there you have it: the absolute proof. Oh, I'm not saying the flower would not look good if it was yellow or white, but the pink just has a mesmerizing quality.

The Perks of Being a Flower

If you're a flower, you get all the perks - perfect complexion, beauty, and charm. Amazing colors - always the perfect outfit. Endless compliments and paparazzi swarming around. Plus all the bees are mightily attracted to you. ;)

Ah, the Moon

The moon is Earth's only natural satellite. It is there, going around and around. It is amazing to look at, especially in detail (and without a telescope!).

There will be a Lunar eclipse this Wed. from 6pm-9pm. Also an interesting sight, though I don't know if I'll get any good photographs.

My physics teacher has told me...

The most accurate protractor can measure an angle as a width of a hair miles away. Well here's the opposite: the width of a hair at a macro distance. ;)
